Thursday Night for Attendees and Spouses
Gourmet Seattle Walking Tour (3 hours)
How does Seattle do gourmet food? Find out on this delightful taste of Seattle tour around the streets of Belltown, downtown Seattle and Pike Place market. There will be seven different stops to enjoy progressive meals – from the appetizer to the desert, that's 18+ tastings – at some of the Seattle's best restaurants and hot spots. On the menu upscale comfort food that Seattle foodies refer to as F.L.O.S.S., which stands for fresh, local, organic, seasonal, and sustainable. Taste razer clam chowder, salmon, famous Seattle chef Tom Douglas’ artisani pizza and so much more, including local Washington wine and beer with gourmet dishes. Two of the restaurants will open their doors just for this tour group to enjoy. Mix and mingle with chefs, restaurant owners and artisans. There will also be a bonus stop at the renowned La Buona Tavola Truffle Cafe’, Seattle's home for gourmet Italian food and wine products, for some truffle pizza. Plus, make a final tour stop at Fran's Chocolates for world renowned chocolates and caramels.

Tour and Tasting (2 hours)
Join us on Friday, March 31st from 5:00 – 7:00 PM for a Tour and Tasting at a local Seattle Brewery, the Two Beers Brewing – Seattle Cider Co. Two Beers Brewing Co. began operations in a small Seattle basement in 2007 and today, produces twelve unique beers including five year-round, seven seasonal and a host of intricate infusions in its 4,800-square-foot SoDo brewery. Two Beers Brewing can be found in Seattle-area bars and restaurants, with tastings kegs and growler fill-ups available in their tasting room.

Saturday for Spouses
Winery and Sightseeing Tour (6 hours)
Visit Two Seattle Wineries. This relaxing 6-hour winery and sightseeing tour travels over Lake Washington on Seattle’s famous Evergreen Pointe Bridge to Woodinville, home to dozens of Washington's 700 wineries. Enjoy tastings at the world-class Chateau Ste Michelle Winery and one of their award-winning Seattle Winery. Enjoy a picnic lunch and then take in the lush Northwest scenery in the foothills of the beautiful Cascades. Drive past horse ranches and flower farms en route to Snoqualmie Falls. Finally, stop at Boehm's Swiss Chocolate Factory in Issaquah for a sampling of European-style, hand-dipped chocolates and candles before the return trip to Seattle.
